Participant Tooling Home

Overview

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has been working on ways to help CDR participants understand the CDR ecosystem’s technical requirements, as well as develop and maintain solutions that can operate within the CDR ecosystem. As the first step in this journey, the ACCC has built a series of free, open-source mock solutions.

Mock solutions

The open source mock solutions are a representation of the live CDR Register, a Data Holder, and a Data Recipient. They aim to help participants explore and understand the CDR regime.

The mock solutions can be downloaded from the open source repository and run in potential and current participants’ environments, to help with the development and testing of their solutions.

CDR Sandbox

The Consumer Data Right sandbox can support participant solution design and testing with the potential to lead to solution build speed, accuracy and quality.

The existing mock solutions include automation and self-service capabilities that allow participants to download the reference code for use in their environment when developing and testing their own solutions. The CDR sandbox will build on this work and enhance the capability available to participants and their vendors to develop and test their own solutions in a ‘production-like’ sandbox environment.
